Final Sale Policy – No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
Once an order is placed and processed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of the product and our commitment to quality assurance, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not meeting personal expectations

  • Performance or connectivity issues

  • User error or misunderstanding of functionality


Defective or Damaged Products – Strict Conditions

In the rare event that your Aura Pod Mini Camera arrives completely non-functional (i.e., it does not power on at allupon arrival), you must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the product is confirmed by our team to be completely non-functional, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • Only non-functioning (will not turn on) products qualify for review.

  • Any product that powers on or functions in any capacity is considered operational and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
